Pizza Inn

Stopped by for lunch on our way back to El Paso and it was delicious. We got the Pizza Buffet. They have a big variety of pizzas on the buffet. They had a taco pizza that I enjoyed and the Green Chili one was also delicious. The salad bar is very good also. Everything was fresh. Our server Gary was also very attentive. We will be back when in Carlsbad.

Honestly I give this place a 5 star because we hosted a 5 yr old birthday party and it truly was perfect. Large party room, plenty of space for decorations, kids, parents, games and “dancing”. Our waitress was great and made sure we had everything we needed, plus she checked on us several times. I was skeptical at first because of the age group, but it was a good time!!

The pizza is always being made and or is being brought out fresh. The salad bar is very popular, the sides are always stocked with ranch, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, and croutons ect. The ranch is delicious! There's also a small section for chicken nuggets, white Alfredo pasta, Mac & cheese, and spaghetti. The atmosphere is occasionally quiet but can get loud due to when customerss have parties towards the very back where the arcade/play area is. The service is always spot on, I don't know the gentlemen's name but he is always very courteous,and knowledgeable ALWAYS letting customers know which items are coming out fresh and hot, taking used plates, and refilling drinks when we go. Give him a RAISE. The dessert pizzas are delicious, especially the pizzert, cinnamon stromboli, Bavarian cream pizza. If your looking for a quick bite or to pick up this is the place.

Family friendly place… plenty of food on the buffet line and amazing dessert pizzas … if you ain’t tried that Bavarian cream pizza you don’t know what your missing out on… I’ve always enjoyed this place and they have a pretty decent sized arcade area for the kids so there’s something to do after the foods gone .. would recommend !

I think it was a weird day when we went (we’re from out of town). The soda machines were broken, it was packed, and there was only one server. Despite the craziness, the server was really nice and did what he could with two hands. There were a couple of loud and obnoxious guests that made it a little hard to enjoy our dinner but again, there just wasn’t enough staff to keep it under control. The pizza and salad bar, however, was not bad. The price of the buffet and quality of the food made up for how loud and strange the experience was.

The pizza here was excellent. We had the buffet and it was really big with the extras they have. Mac n Cheese, Alfredo pasta, chicken nuggets, spaghetti and sauce. I just got a plate of sauce to dip my pizza. The salad bar was also large with deserts in there also. The best part was the chocolate chip pizza. After your stuffed it's so good you'll still want more. Learned that Wed kids are half off. I'll be returning Wednesday

The waiters and cooks literally make the experience. Couldn't be happier with the service and food was delicious hot and the $8 adult buffet all week is great pricing!!!

We had a great experience at Pizza Inn! The pizza was flavorful with a crispy crust and just the right amount of cheese and toppings—classic comfort food done right. The buffet was impressive, with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone in our group. From traditional favorites to dessert pizzas, there was no shortage of choices. One unexpected bonus? The game area in the back of the restaurant—perfect for keeping kids entertained while the adults enjoy a relaxed meal. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s not often you get that kind of warm, accommodating hospitality, especially in a buffet setting. If we come back to Carlsbad we will definitely be back. Pizza Inn is a solid choice for a family-friendly, feel-good meal!
